🔧 1. OUR SERVICES

We offer:

a) Reactive Call-Out Work

Small repairs, emergencies, fault finding, and 1-hour minimum visit jobs.

b) Quoted Work / Fixed-Price Projects

Pre-planned jobs such as kitchens, bathrooms, multi-day projects and installations.
 

💷 2. PRICES, DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS

 Reactive Call-Out Jobs

  • A £60 call-out fee is due before the visit.

  • Includes up to 1 hour of labour on site.

  • Additional labour is charged at £45 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

  • Materials are charged at cost + 15% handling.

  • Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

 Quoted Work / Fixed-Price Projects

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm work and order materials.

  • Remaining 50% payment is due within 7 days of completion.

  • Quotes are fixed unless additional work is needed or requested outside the original scope.
     

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

 Reactive Call-Out Work

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before the booking will incur a £35 abortive fee.

  • If access is not provided on arrival, the abortive fee also applies.

 Quoted Work

  • If cancelled before work starts and materials haven’t been ordered, deposits may be refundable.

  • If cancelled after work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
     

🧾 4. ADDITIONAL WORK & APPROVAL

  • No additional work or charges will be made without customer approval.

  • Approval may be given verbally on site and confirmed by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Any extra labour or materials outside an agreed quote will be charged accordingly.
     

🛠 5. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

 Reactive Call-Out Jobs (Repairs / Emergencies)

  • Labour is guaranteed for 1 month from completion.

  • Does not cover customer-supplied materials or temporary repairs.

 Quoted Work / Installations (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Projects)

  • Labour is guaranteed for 6 months.

  • Materials supplied by us are covered under manufacturer warranty.

Guarantee does not cover:

  • Wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or third-party interference

  • Issues arising from customer-supplied items or previous poor installations
     

📸 6. PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

We may take before and after photographs of work for:

 Our records (insurance, quality control)
Marketing purposes (website, social media)

Personal details and customer identity will not be shown. If you do not want us to use photos in marketing, please tell us.
 

💬 7. COMPLAINTS

Please submit any complaints in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.
We will respond within 5–10 working days.

We only collect necessary data (name, contact info, address, job details).
We will never sell or share your data except for insurance, legal compliance, or payment processing.

You may request:

  • A copy of your data

  • Correction or erasure

  • Withdrawal of photography consent
